Anti-Cruelty Hotline
If you suspect animal
abuse and it is an emergency, contact your local
police department. If you are concerned for the
welfare of an animal, please call the Wisconsin
Humane Society's Anti-Cruelty hotline at 431-6166.
By leaving your name, phone number and address,
we can send you information to help you to be proactive.
Included in the packet of information are two letters
of concern to the animal's guardian, animal protection
laws, police telephone numbers, WHS tip-line numbers,
the number of animals allowed in each municipality,
as well as other resources.
