Dog Training

The Wisconsin Humane Society proudly offers behavior support to the community through our Behavior Tips Library and videos, dog training classes at our Milwaukee and Racine Campuses, as well as in-person and virtual private sessions for pups who struggle in group settings.

Our behavior experts use reward-based training techniques to make learning fun, with a focus on strengthening bonds between animals and the people who love them. By utilizing positive reinforcement instead of punishment or force, your dog will be incentivized to repeat desired behaviors and will truly look forward to each training session.

Our support reaches far beyond the classroom; we provide a host of videos and resources for you to review at home. If you ever hit a roadblock or have questions along the way, our behavior team is happy to give tips and advice to get you and your pooch back on the right track.

In addition to expert-led services and time-tested techniques, you’ll also get peace of mind knowing your enrollment in WHS training services will directly benefit animals and families in our community!
