Family: The Wiliams Family

I first saw Luca at the Wisconsin Humane Society on Wis Ave on 5/13/11. His name then was Otis and he reminded me of the guy in my favorite movie, the Godfather, who's name was Luca Brasi. That is how he got his name. Luca went blind (SARDS) very quickly.
