Wildlife Baby Shower 2013

During the warmer months this year, the Wisconsin Humane Society's Wildlife Rehabilitation Center will treat more than 3,000 injured and orphaned wild animals.

The hospital runs entirely on donations and we couldn't continue our lifesaving work without the generosity of people like you!

For the entire month of July, the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center is throwing a virtual Wildlife Baby Shower to help care for the animals currently in our care.

Rather than have you show up to play games and eat finger foods, we decided to keep things nice and easy; this year you can support the wildlife hospital from the comfort of your own home!

Here are a few ways you can help a baby animal in need!

  • Purchase a wild baby supply basket
Baskets can be purchased at the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center (4500 W. Wisconsin Ave, Milwaukee) or online (simply enter the name of the basket in the "Animal Name" field, and enter the appropriate dollar amount.) For every basket you donate, your name will be posted in wildlife gallery. Scroll down to check out the variety of baskets available for donation!
  • Amazon.com Wish List
Please be sure to put your name, address, and/or email address in the "message" line of your order so we are able to send you a donation receipt and thank you note!
  • Make a monetary contribution
Every penny we receive will help us save more wild animals in our community. The Wildlife Rehabilitation Center receives no government funding and relies completely on donations.

If you stop by the shelter to donate your wild baby supply basket, be sure to visit the Wildlife Nursery’s viewing window to watch as we care for various wild orphans!

Hope's Lights 2014

Each year we illuminate the shelter and grounds at the Wisconsin Humane Society with holiday lights in honor and in memory of special people and animals in our lives. Please help us kick off the season of giving with a gift to Hope’s Lights. Every $25 light makes a real difference in the life of an animal.

Will you give hope to animals like me? Donate Today!
