Help Ali Find a Safe Way Home

MILWAUKEE – Imagine the horror of discovering a young boy beating a four-week-old defenseless kitten with a stick in an alley.  That is what happened in Milwaukee just yesterday.  A Good Samaritan who came upon this horrible scene on Milwaukee 's north side found the kitten bloody and clinging to life and rushed her to the Wisconsin Humane Society.  WHS veterinarians are doing everything they can to help this kitten that we named Ali.

The Wisconsin Humane Society needs help to ensure that resources are available to save Ali's life.  We are looking for caring people to help defray her medical costs.

Several years ago, a generous donor gave WHS $5,000 to create a reward fund to end cruelty to animals.  As a result, WHS is offering $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person who abused Ali.  Please contact your local police department if you have any information.

To make a donation and to care for Ali, contact the Wisconsin Humane Society at (414) ANIMALS or visit www.wihumane.org.
