WHS Adopts Four-Legged “Therapist” 
Whippet/Lab Mix Being Trained as Service Dog

MILWAUKEE – It's not easy to be a “therapist;” it requires a significant amount of training and wisdom.  Luckily, Jackie, a 10-month-old Whippet/Lab mix, has both.  Jackie is being trained by Linda Bobot, a certified dog trainer and manner's class instructor at the Wisconsin Humane Society, to serve as a therapy dog for Jessica Jolly, who has a seizure disorder.  Jackie will make sure that Jessica stays safe.
