ADVISORY/PHOTO OPPORTUNITY
WHS Turns
on the Lights for a Pajama Party!
MILWAUKEE
– The Wisconsin Humane Society is turning
on the lights on Monday, December 26, a day we are
normally closed for adoptions, to celebrate our
companion animals' holiday spirit. The day after
Christmas is usually a day for children to stay
in their pajamas, watch a good movie and hang out
with their best friend. This year, all of the companion
animals at WHS will be hanging out in their pajamas
waiting for you to visit them and develop a lasting,
lifetime bond with them.
Come
celebrate the day with us on Monday, December 26
where the festivities will include:
doggie makeovers including animal pedicures at WHS;
the chance to talk with a Pet Communicator ($40
for 20 minutes and $60 for
30 minutes; a portion of the proceeds will go to
WHS);
the opportunity for children to design and decorate
a companion animal bed for their very own Fluffy
or Fido;
prizes for all children under the age of 12 who
come in their pajamas;
special showing of feature length movies throughout
the day highlighting companion animals;
and, of course, the opportunity to adopt a lifelong
companion animal.
