We’re Bustin’ Out the Catnip.  It’s FelineFest!

MILWAUKEE –  We're breakin' out the catnip for a very special cause!  It's FelineFest at the Wisconsin Humane Society the entire month of July, so help us celebrate our feline friends by stopping in to meet and adopt a wonderful kitty companion.  FelineFest is perhaps the only festival in Milwaukee where you won't get beer spilled on you and the admission is FREE!

As part of the month-long celebration, every cat adopter will receive a special gift bag with treats and toys, plus a chance to draw from grab baskets for fabulous prizes! Adopters can win valuable coupons for Animal Antics, our retail store at WHS. One lucky winner will receive a free cat kit, complete with everything you need to get started with your new kitten or cat.

WHS has some of the best acts in town this month. There’s Barry White, a rather rotund senior cat; Britney, an endearing kitty who always manages to find trouble; Beyonce, a sleek feline with a melodic purr; and Mick, an older cat with surprising vigor. It is peak season for cats and kittens at the shelter and all these fantastic felines are in need of loving homes. Come meet these superstars at FelineFest!  The promotion begins Saturday, June 30 and ends Wednesday, July 31st.
