Rupert, the Chicken, was being treated in our Wildlife Rehabilitation Center for internal parasites after being surrendered to WHS. We are now looking for a "forever home" for Rupert. We occasionally get in domestic chickens, ducks, geese, and exotic birds like Chukars and Guinea fowl that need new homes. If you have a hobby farm in a community where it is legal for you to keep poultry and you are able to provide a permanent, caring "home" for some of these birds, please contact WHS Wildlife Clinic Administrator, Crystal Sharlow-Schaefer at csharlow@wihumane.org or 414-431-6196. You can sponsor Rupert to help provide food and medical care by clicking on the link below!
Sponsor Me!   Feed Me!
Every donation made to the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center helps save more animals. Please consider sponsoring me.   It takes a lot of help to feed my friends and I. Please consider donating an item needed to help care for me.

Send Me!   Visit Me!
Do you have a friend who might be interested in learning about me? Send an email with my information.   Stop by the Wisconsin Humane Society's Wildlife Rehabiliation Center, there's lots to do. If I am staying in the nursery, you might even get to see me!
