Is Lobo spayed or neutered? yes
Is Lobo up to date on vaccinations? yes
Why the animal is being rehomed: Lobo is a great dog that needs a smaller family. Although Lobo is not harmful to his family which includes father, mother and 5 children ranging from ages 1-14, he needs smaller. After sometime with him it is very obvious that he is a one show type of dog. He needs to be in a home with 1-2 people to command him. Once my husband established dominance the rest was harder for the others in the household. He nips and barks at the rest and will challenge all other authority.

What should the next family should know about Lobo: Lobo is a very loving dog. He enjoys long walks/runs and playing with his ball. He makes a great guard of the home as he lets people know he is there inside. He will make a great companion to a male or women who is single and can take morning and evening walks/runs. He is not for the weak or faint of heart because he will take advantage. If you do not work with him he can easily become a problem dog. He needs lots of structure and redirecting. Once Lobo gets it he gets it and don't let him fool you that he doesn't because he is very smart. He loves to be rubbed and close to you. No crate for this guy, he does better left out then in. He destroyed the one I got for him and does not do to bad when left alone in a closed off area. His previous owners kept him outside a lot so he makes sure when you go in he goes. He can not be outside without a fence he will bolt really fast and does not listen to come off a chain. He nips and we have been working with him to stop with little progress but not much. No kiddos for him under 14 because he does the same with them and it put lots of fear that he plays off of. Married couples might work but he mainly listens to the alpha. Slow pace home is best for him as he plays off the energy. Will not let him go to just anyone for it is important that the next home if forever due to this being the third replacement. After noticing the concerns I prefer to re-home before it is to late and we are to deep in.
