Luna - Video!

Luna is currently available for adoption from the comfort of a foster home. Here is what her foster family has to say about her:

After being with us for only a day, Luna has already made herself right at home. She was a bit shy at first but warms up very quickly, especially after good pet. She has had zero accidents in the house and does great on a leash. Luna has only been in the crate once and whined a bit when we left, but settled after about 10 minutes. We have a resident dog and they have sniffed each other but have not been formally introduced just yet; Luna seems excited for them to meet! Luna enjoys chilling on the couch, looking out the window, and late afternoon naps!

One of Luna's cutest traits -- her left ear flaps over and her right ear stands straight up, even when she sleeps.

Please Note

Every animal is an individual and WHS works hard to make great matches for our animals and adopters.  Some animals may have placement restrictions or requirements established by WHS based on shelter observations and previous home histories.  When meeting with your adoption counselor, they review each animal’s medical, behavior, and placement needs with you to help you find an animal who is compatible with your home environment and your lifestyle.  There are no time limits at WHS, all animals in adoption have as long as it takes to find a new loving home.  Stop in and speak with our adoption counseling team today – we look forward to meeting with you.
