Donate in honor or memory of a loved one
Whether you're looking to give a meaningful gift in a friend's name or you'd like to honor the memory of a loved one who is no longer with us, a tribute donation to the Wisconsin Humane Society is an incredible gesture and makes a huge difference for shelter animals in need. You can even send a customized ecard to the recipient or their family to let them know you're thinking of them.

Customized Bricks
Available in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Green Bay, and Door County
Bordering the walkways of the main entrances at our Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Green Bay, and Door County Campuses are personalized bricks featuring tributes to well-loved people and animals. The bricks provide a great opportunity to honor or memorialize a family member, friend, or animal companion while supporting the lifesaving work of WHS.
- A gift of $250 will fund a 4" x 8" personalized brick
- A gift of $500 will fund an 8" x 8" personalized brick

Memorial Gardens & Spaces

At each Wisconsin Humane Society Campus, we have reserved a special area for remembering the incredible pets and people who are no longer with us. These memorial spaces serve as a serene place you can visit to feel closer to your loved one.
If you would like to make a lasting tribute to a person or pet, there are many sponsorship opportunities available at each campus. Additionally, the WHS Milwaukee Campus is home to a Columbarium Garden that stands as a final resting place for cherished pets. Tree Sponsorships
Available in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Green Bay, and Door County
Support shelter animals while helping the environment by dedicating a tree on our Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Green Bay, or Door County Campus grounds. Your gift will provide shade to visitors, a home for nearby wildlife, and will stand as an eco-friendly reminder of the honoree's legacy for years to come.
- A gift of $1,000 will fund a tree sponsorship with a customized plaque

Kennel Sponsorships
Available in Green Bay only
Celebrate your loved ones with commemorative signage on one of our dog or cat kennels at the WHS Green Bay Campus. These memorials also make a wonderful gift to celebrate a special anniversary, career milestone, a wedding, a new child or pet, or any life event for someone who knows just how much joy animals bring to our lives.
- A gift of $150 will fund customized signage on a kennel for 6 months
- A gift of $300 will fund customized signage on a kennel for 1 year
