Pet Walk MKE

Veterans Park, Milwaukee
Pet Walk is the Wisconsin Humane Society's annual family-friendly run/walk to raise funds for animals in need. The event kicks off with a 5K run/walk or a 1-mile walk followed by a post-race festival featuring musical entertainment, food trucks, vendors and exhibitors, contests, games, and plenty of fun for the whole family. Leashed and well-behaved pets are welcome to join, but not required.
Registration for Pet Walk 2025 opens on February 10.
Paws & Claws Gala

The Paws & Claws Gala is the Wisconsin Humane Society’s largest fundraising event of the year. Held at the historic Pfister Hotel, the event is attended by more than 400 business leaders annually and features a cocktail reception, silent and live auctions, raffles and games, wine pull, formal dinner, and program. Did we mention that it’s also the only gala in town where you can mingle with shelter pups, our favorite felines, and some of our very best wildlife ambassadors? You don’t want to miss this!

Kick off the holiday season at our annual Holiday Bingo Extravaganza! This fun-filled night starts off with a buffet dinner followed by a variety of raffles, silent auction, and Bingo, of course! Pet Walk Green Bay

Pamperin Park, Green Bay
Pet Walk is the Wisconsin Humane Society’s annual family-friendly walk to support animals in need and this year, we hope you'll join us to celebrate 26 years of Pet Walk GB! This fun-filled event is the largest and oldest fundraiser for animals at our Green Bay Campus, and features a leisurely stroll through the park, as well as music, local vendors, a doggie costume contest, family-friendly activities, plus games and treats for our four-legged participants! Leashed and well-behaved pets are welcome to join, but not required.

Bring your kids and social companion animals and join the festive atmosphere at our Door County Campus for a special holiday photo, plus great raffle prizes! A $10 donation will directly benefit the animals in our care. Photos will be available for digital download after the event.

Pet Walk is the Wisconsin Humane Society's annual family-friendly walk to support local animals in need. Participants will earn cool prizes for meeting fundraising goals leading up to the event! Then all are welcome to join the fun on Sunday morning at Peterson Park for activities, music, and of course a walk around the park. Pets are welcome, but not required! All proceeds directly benefit the animals at the WHS Door County Campus.
